Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns for goods which are not damaged or faulty. Once your order has been placed and the item specifically reserved by you with payment of a deposit, the order cannot be cancelled and deposits or part-payments made are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged goods
We will repair or replace goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980. In line with this, goods must be inspected at the time of purchase and delivery, and defects which fail to be reported within three days will not fall within the parameters of our returns policy. We will not accept returns for items which were not damaged or defective at the time of purchase. Where requested, defective goods or parts must be returned to us in order to arrange redress.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
